Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & CopywritingDevelop high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content for:
Social media posts and campaigns
Video scripts and reels
Website pages and landing pages
Blogs and articles
Email marketing campaigns
Ad copies (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Marketing collateral and brand communication
Adapt brand tone of voice across different industries and audiences.
Conduct research to create accurate, relevant, and insightful content.
Write compelling hooks, headlines, CTAs, and storytelling-driven content.
Content Planning & ExecutionTranslate marketing strategies, campaign objectives, and client briefs into actionable content deliverables.
Ensure content aligns with brand positioning, audience insights, and performance goals.
Maintain content calendars and delivery timelines.
Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate closely with Design, Development, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Share clear content requirements, references, and briefs with internal stakeholders.
Follow up proactively on tasks, dependencies, and deadlines.
Ensure all assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Facilitate communication between teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain project momentum.
Quality ControlReview content, creatives, and landing pages before publishing.
Ensure consistency in messaging, grammar, branding, and user experience.
Verify that final deliverables meet client expectations and campaign objectives.
Implement feedback from clients and internal teams effectively.
Client & Project Management SupportUnderstand client requirements and marketing goals.
Participate in internal brainstorming and campaign planning discussions.
Assist Account Managers and Strategists in translating client feedback into actionable content improvements.
Required SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content ideation abilities.
Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
Basic understanding of website structure, UX principles, and performance marketing concepts.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
