Job Description

Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to customers to explain products and services.
Handle field and respond to customer queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Work towards achieving daily and weekly targets assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interact with customers politely and confidently.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (freshers are welcome to apply).
