Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:Â Manage end-to-end hiring processes, design onboarding programs, and forecast long-term staffing needs.Â
Employee Relations:Â Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Â
Compensation & Benefits:Â Oversee payroll processing, administer health and retirement benefits, and benchmark salaries to ensure industry competitiveness.Â
Performance Management:Â Design and execute performance appraisal systems, manage KPIs, and identify staff training needs.Â
Compliance & Policy:Â Develop and enforce workplace policies while ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.Â
Culture & Engagement:Â Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, employee engagement activities, and retention strategies.Â
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
Experience:Â 5+ years of progressive HR experience, often including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Certifications:Â Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are highly preferred.
Key Skills:Â Conflict resolution, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) management, and strategic workforce planning.Â
