We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to build and scale our marketing function from the ground up. This role will drive demand generation, create high-performing lead funnels, and position our company as a market leader in Custom Applications, AI/ML Services, and White-Label AI Solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growing AI and SaaS environments.
Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across services and product lines
Develop brand positioning, messaging, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Legal, and more
Build and optimize the full marketing funnel (Awareness → Engagement → Conversion → Retention)
Collaborate closely with Sales, SDR, and Product teams to drive measurable ROI
Design and implement high-converting inbound and outbound lead funnels
Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and industry events
Execute lead nurturing programs through email marketing, webinars, and content campaigns
Support SDR teams with playbooks, case studies, and targeted campaign materials
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Surfer SEO, MidJourney, etc.) to accelerate campaign execution
Develop personalized content and email campaigns using AI-powered tools
Implement AI chatbots and automation for lead qualification and engagement
Understand core AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG, SLM fine-tuning) to effectively communicate with clients and technical teams
Oversee development of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, investor decks, and demo videos
Build brand authority through thought leadership campaigns (LinkedIn, webinars, industry events)
Manage social media strategy with a data-driven approach
Ensure consistent branding across services and product marketing
Define and track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, and ROAS
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to measure and optimize campaigns
Present performance reports to leadership and refine strategies based on insights
Lead and mentor the marketing team
Align with engineering and AI teams to ensure accurate technical messaging
Manage external agencies and partners for advertising, PR, and events when required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
6–10 years of B2B marketing experience (preferably SaaS, AI, or Tech)
Proven track record of building marketing functions in startup or scale-up environments
Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Events
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho)
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Experience in white-label SaaS or enterprise AI/ML marketing
Exposure to AI/Tech conferences and event marketing
Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
Basic understanding of AI and machine learning terminology
