QA Lead / Quality Assurance Manager
We are hiring an experienced QA Lead to oversee and strengthen our quality assurance function. This role requires strong leadership skills and hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing.
Roles and Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–20 Quality Analysts

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
-
Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects
-
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies
-
Prepare and present regular status updates and quality reports
Requirements
-
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation)

Proven leadership and team management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.

Ability to mentor and manage a diverse team, including trainees

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications

ISTQB or equivalent QA certification

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
-
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
