Senior SEO Executive

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior SEO Executive to lead search engine optimization and paid marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in SEO and SEM strategies.

Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Noida, Sector-63
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to maximize ROI from paid search campaigns

• Conduct testing, collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights

• Track, analyze, and report website analytics and PPC performance

• Manage campaign budgets, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies

• Optimize website copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

• Research and implement SEO best practices and recommendations

• Analyze competitor backlinks and advertising strategies

• Develop and execute link-building strategies

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new code

• Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to align SEO with content strategy

• Recommend improvements in website architecture, content, and linking to improve keyword rankings

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience of 3–4 years in SEO and SEM

• Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and customer acquisition

• Expertise in website analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)

• Experience with bid management tools (Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite, etc.)

• Knowledge of A/B testing and multivariate experiments

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

• Up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM trends and best practices

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
