SEO Manager

looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our search optimization efforts and drive measurable growth across client websites. In this role, you will manage a team of SEO professionals, oversee on-page and off-page strategies, and ensure all content and technical elements align with the latest SEO best practices and search engine trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO professionals, ensuring smooth communication and monthly target achievement.

• Address team challenges proactively and support them in delivering high-quality results.

• Oversee on-page SEO efforts, including meta tags, keywords, content optimization, internal linking, breadcrumbs, website structure, and page speed improvements.

• Manage and execute off-page strategies such as link building, online reputation management, guest posting outreach, and anchor text optimization.

• Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor performance and stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes.

• Build systems and processes that ensure all published content is fully optimized for search engines.

• Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement technical SEO recommendations and best practices.

• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports and take data-driven actions to improve performance.

• Analyze GA and GSC insights to optimize campaigns and achieve defined KPIs and KRAs.
