About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Team Lead with strong expertise in Digital Marketing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving organic growth, improving search engine rankings, and implementing innovative SEO strategies. You will lead SEO initiatives, manage performance metrics, and contribute directly to increasing website traffic and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies

• Manage and optimize On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO activities

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis

• Design and implement backlink strategies for sustainable growth

• Monitor website performance metrics and ranking trends

• Use analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights

• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices

• Lead and mentor the SEO team to achieve organic traffic targets

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of proven experience in SEO strategy and execution

• Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog

• Strong understanding of keyword planning, backlink building, and ranking algorithms

• Ability to analyze website performance and improve organic visibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on News Websites, Magazine Websites, or Blogging Platforms

• Proven track record of generating high organic traffic

• Passion for experimenting with new SEO tools and growth strategies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
