On-Page Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for SEO, ensure proper tagging, and ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all web pages.
Off-Page Optimization: Manage link-building campaigns, improve domain authority, and establish relationships with external websites and influencers for backlinks.
Technical SEO: Work closely with the development team to improve the technical aspects of the website, including page speed, site architecture, and mobile optimization.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized website contents, blogs, white papers, e-books, etc, that align with audience intent and rank high in search engines.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track key SEO metrics and provide regular reports on SEO performance, keyword rankings, and traffic.
Market Analysis: Continuously analyze competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and web teams to align SEO with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
MBA with relevant experience in the B2B SaaS & CPaaS market.
1+ years of demonstrable hands-on technical (On + Off-site) experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Expertise in technical SEO (site architecture, core web vitals improvements, SEO best practices, keyword research, crawlability, and indexability).
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Strong understanding of schemas, SMO factors, and social media optimization.
Experience in link-building strategies (guest blogging, blogger outreach).
Coordination with content, product, tech, and UX teams for SEO-focused initiatives.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills for regular SEO performance updates(weekly/monthly/quarterly).
