Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Service Coordinator to manage elevator service operations, coordinate technicians, handle customer complaints, and ensure timely maintenance and breakdown support. The candidate will act as a communication link between customers, field technicians, and management to ensure smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate elevator maintenance, breakdown, and repair activities
Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites
Handle customer calls, complaints, and service requests
Track pending complaints and ensure timely closure
Maintain service reports, AMC records, and job cards
Coordinate with spare parts and technical teams
Prepare daily/monthly service reports
Update CRM/ERP software and maintain documentation
Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
Ensure smooth communication between field staff and management

Required Skills
Good communication and customer handling skills
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
Ability to work under pressure
Problem-solving and time management skills
Knowledge of elevator service operations is preferred

Qualification
Graduate or Diploma holder
1–3 years experience in service coordination/customer support preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
