Job Description:
Manage and grow the Healthians Social Media Handles & Community Forum across all social media channels
Drive daily conversations, polls, Q&As, and engagement-led content
Plan and execute content calendars focused on preventive health, myth-busting, and expert insights
Moderate discussions to ensure credible, respectful, and meaningful interactions
Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, and internal teams for expert-led content
Track engagement and community growth metrics

This role blends content ideation & creation, community building, social media platform management, and user engagement.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in community management or social media management
Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and WhatsApp Channels
Strong understanding of content formats and engagement strategies across platforms
Proficiency in using AI-powered content creation tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for content ideation, creation, optimisation, and community engagement is essential.  
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Designing skills will be an added advantage
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and clarity
Basic understanding of health, wellness, or healthcare content (experience in health-tech/healthcare is a plus)
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics
