Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design. Strong practical knowledge of Instagram and Facebook , including content strategy, audience growth, engagement, and analytics. Proven ability to plan and execute social media strategies , rather than simply posting content. Experience in creating and managing Reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and content calendars . Strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, hashtags, reach, engagement, and organic growth . Graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools. Ability to create professionally designed social media creatives independently . Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including maintaining databases, content calendars, performance reports, and basic data analysis. Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for marketing plans, reports, and presentations. Ability to analyse social media performance and use insights to improve content and growth . Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity, and content marketing , preferably with experience in fashion, lifestyle, accessories, or D2C brands. Ability to independently research competitors, market trends, viral content, and relevant social media opportunities . Excellent communication and writing skills. Highly creative, proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of work without constant supervision .
