Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive cum Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the latest social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and SEO-driven content creation.

This role requires strong knowledge of Generative AI tools for high-quality content creation and the ability to combine human behavioral insights with AI-powered creativity. You will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, strengthen client engagement, and support marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs, and graphics

• Handle day-to-day management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)

• Monitor trends, tools, and platform updates to optimize campaign performance

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and optimize them for maximum ROI

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions

• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding

• Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business, or related field

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or Digital Marketing Executive

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools

• Hands-on experience with content management and social media scheduling tools

• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and influencer marketing is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools

• Video editing skills for reels and short-form content (Filmora, CapCut, InShot, etc.)

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
