Job Title: Social Media Executive & Influencer Marketing CoordinatorLocationIn-Office | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive who can grow our social media presence, increase followers, build brand awareness, collaborate with influencers, and drive traffic to our website. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, influencer marketing, content planning, and community management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage Instagram and Facebook accounts for the brand.
Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
Plan and publish reels, posts, carousels, and stories.
Research and implement trending content ideas.
Write engaging captions and calls-to-action.
Ensure consistent brand presence across all social media platforms.
Follower Growth & EngagementDevelop and execute strategies to increase followers organically.
Improve engagement rates through community interaction.
Reply to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Build relationships with customers and followers.
Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
Influencer MarketingIdentify relevant influencers, creators, and bloggers in the jewellery and home décor categories.
Build and maintain an influencer database.
Reach out to influencers for collaborations, gifting, barter, and paid partnerships.
Negotiate collaboration terms and deliverables.
Coordinate product dispatches and content timelines.
Track influencer performance and ROI.
Generate at least 10-15 new influencer leads every week.
Website Traffic GenerationCreate content designed to drive traffic to the website.
Promote new collections, offers, and campaigns through social media.
Add website links strategically in stories, posts, and bio sections.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to support website sales campaigns.
Track traffic generated from social media channels.
Content Creation & CoordinationCoordinate product photoshoots and reel shoots.
Assist in creating short-form video content.
Organize content libraries and marketing assets.
Suggest new content formats and campaign ideas.
Reporting & AnalysisMonitor account growth and engagement metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track follower growth, reach, website clicks, influencer results, and engagement rates.
Present recommendations for improving performance.
Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
Understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify trends quickly.
Basic understanding of website traffic and social media analytics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly TargetsIncrease followers consistently across platforms.
Generate qualified website traffic through social media.
Secure influencer collaborations every month.
Maintain high engagement rates.
Publish content as per content calendar.
Weekly Targets Contact 20-30 relevant influencers.
Finalize 10-15 influencer collaborations.
Publish 20-25 reels.
Maintain active community engagement.
Submit weekly growth and performance reports.
Preferred ExperienceExperience managing fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, beauty, home décor, or e-commerce brands.
Experience working with influencers and content creators.
Understanding of social media growth strategies and audience building.
