About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and scale our social media presence across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can blend strategy, storytelling, and data to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business results for B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

• Manage full-funnel social media strategies, from ideation to performance tracking and ROI analysis

• Lead and mentor internal teams while coordinating with external partners and agencies

• Oversee paid social media advertising using tools such as Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Build and nurture online communities to strengthen brand engagement

• Analyze performance metrics and insights using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards

• Create compelling content and copy that aligns with brand voice and business objectives

Desired Experience & Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in social media marketing and management

• Proven experience handling integrated social media campaigns for B2B and/or B2C brands

• Strong understanding of paid advertising, analytics, and performance optimization

• Excellent leadership, communication, and copywriting skills

• Highly data-driven with a passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

• Prior experience working with brands or agencies in Pune will be an added advantage
