Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
● Own and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and
others as relevant)
● Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with growth goals
● Create and publish content including:
○ Parent-focused educational posts
○ Student success stories and testimonials
○ Short-form videos, reels, and carousels
● Monitor engagement and optimize content performance
2. Content Marketing & Brand Storytelling
● Collaborate with tutors and leadership to translate educational outcomes into compelling
stories
● Create content that builds trust with parents, including:
○ Reading tips
○ Learning milestones
○ FAQs about online tutoring
● Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
3. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
● Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, or other platforms) to drive:
○ Trial sign-ups
○ Consultation bookings● Optimize campaigns based on cost-per-lead and conversion performance
● Support landing page messaging and calls-to-action in collaboration with the website
team
4. Partnerships & Community Growth
● Identify and collaborate with:
○ Parenting communities
○ Education influencers
○ Schools or homeschool networks (where relevant)
● Support co-branded campaigns, webinars, or live sessions for lead generation
5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
● Track and report on:
○ Follower growth
○ Engagement rates
○ Lead volume and quality
○ Campaign ROI
● Use insights to continuously refine content and campaign strategy
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by:
● Growth in social media followers and reach
● Engagement rate across platforms
● Number of qualified leads generated monthly
● Conversion rate from lead to enrollment
● Cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Required Skills & Experience
● 3–6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
● Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns
● Strong understanding of content strategy and storytelling
● Experience in education, edtech, parenting, or tutoring is a strong plus
● Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
● Strong written and visual communication skills
● Video editing or short-form video experience
● Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar tools)
