About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop, implement, and optimize social media campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, content strategy, platform algorithms, and performance analytics across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Create content calendars and oversee the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across social platforms.
Collaborate with designers, content writers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.
Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Manage and grow brand presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights through regular reporting.
Plan and execute influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance metrics.
Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand image.
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
Proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of graphic design and video content creation is a plus.
