Urgent Hiring: Software Tester

Smartinfologiks is looking for a skilled Software Tester to take ownership of end-to-end testing and quality assurance for our software solutions. You will work closely with managers, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective manual and automated testing strategies for web, mobile, and AI-based solutions

• Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality throughout the SDLC

• Review, enhance, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data to ensure comprehensive coverage

• Manage defect lifecycle, release readiness, and final product sign-off

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements

• Lead adoption of QA best practices, tools, and emerging trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a software testing role

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and Agile practices

• Proven track record in delivering high-quality software solutions

• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools

• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities

Technical Skills

• Manual Testing

• Test Automation (Selenium, JUnit, or similar)

• Performance Testing

• Test Case Management Tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)

• Bug Tracking Tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)

• SQL for data validation
