Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Solar Installation Technician to join our solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar panel systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall solar panels, mounting structures, and electrical components.
Perform wiring, cable routing, and inverter connections.
Assist in site surveys and measurement work.
Ensure proper alignment and safety of solar systems during installation.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
Test system performance after installation.
Follow electrical and safety standards at all times.
Coordinate with supervisors and project teams for timely completion of work.
Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials properly.
Prepare basic installation reports and site updates.
Required SkillsBasic knowledge of solar panel installation and electrical wiring.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Understanding of safety procedures and electrical practices.
Ability to work at heights and outdoor locations.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
QualificationITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass
Electrical or related technical background preferred.
Preferred RequirementsExperience in rooftop solar installation will be an advantage.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel to different project sites.
