Job Description

Operations: Oversee daily showroom and lot workflows, inventory display, and facility maintenance. Sales Leadership: Set sales quotas, train and motivate the sales staff, and guide vehicle presentations. Financial Management: Monitor store budgets, control operating expenses, and track revenue goals. Customer Relations: Handle major customer escalations, ensure professional service standards, and build long-term client loyalty. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to manufacturer (OEM) policies, local statutory rules, and internal reporting. This role is for 2 wheeler electric showroom.
