Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, train, and supervise store staff.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Monitor store KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and footfall.
Ensure proper merchandising and visual display as per company standards.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
Minimize stock loss through effective inventory control and loss prevention measures.
Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance and productivity.
Ensure cash handling accuracy and daily store reconciliation.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock availability.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
