Technical Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to guide, mentor, and manage development teams while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a positive and motivating team environment with open communication

• Ensure project delivery meets client requirements and deadlines

• Assign tasks with proper documentation and clear expectations

• Provide hands-on development support during critical situations

• Define clear team goals and align them with project objectives

• Delegate responsibilities and set realistic timelines

• Monitor team performance and share daily progress reports

• Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentorship

• Recognize high performance and reward team achievements

• Resolve team conflicts and support smooth collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Team Lead

• Strong technical expertise in WordPress (including plugins), Core PHP, Magento, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Shopify

• Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills

• Strong organizational, decision-making, and time-management abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech or MCA
