Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives for our real estate projects in the rapidly growing Vrindavan market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring the team, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and site visit conversions.
Assign leads to team members and ensure proper tracking in CRM.
Support team members in closing deals and handling key clients.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with marketing and management for lead generation strategies.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with team handling experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Good understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
