Lead and manage a team of field sales executives. Drive daily and monthly targets for QR and Sound Box installations/activations. Generate new merchant leads and ensure successful onboarding. Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily sales activities. Train and motivate team members to achieve business targets. Maintain strong relationships with merchants and resolve their basic operational issues. Track daily sales reports, attendance, productivity, and team performance. Ensure proper market coverage and achievement of assigned targets. Coordinate with the operations/support team for installation, activation, and issue resolution. Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in field sales. Experience in QR, Sound Box, UPI, fintech, merchant acquisition, or payment solutions preferred. Good communication and team-handling skills. Strong knowledge of local market and merchant network. Comfortable with field work and target-based sales. Should have the ability to manage and motivate a team. Bike and valid driving licence preferred.
