Team Lead – Loan Recovery
Location: Saket
Experience:
2–5 years in Loan Recovery, Collections, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead – Loan Recovery to manage and guide a team of recovery executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, monitoring team performance, handling escalated cases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the loan recovery team.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
Monitor delinquent accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
Handle escalated customer cases and negotiate payment solutions.
Track team performance and provide coaching and training as required.
Prepare and maintain recovery reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve recovery-related issues.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Good understanding of collections and recovery processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Collection Agencies preferred.
