Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to develop high-quality, easy-to-understand content for our products, services, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Roles & Responsibilities

Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, blogs, case studies, user guides, and website content.

Develop engaging marketing content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and clarity.

Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and reach.

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all content channels.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in technical or content writing within the IT/software industry.

Excellent written, editing, and proofreading skills in English.

Basic understanding of SEO concepts; experience with WordPress or design tools is a plus.
