Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide top-notch assistance to our clients. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide users, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining detailed records of support activities.
Provide prompt and courteous technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote access.
Troubleshoot software issues related to functionality, installation, and usage, escalating complex problems when needed.
Guide customers with clear instructions to effectively use software features.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
Assist with software updates and upgrades, highlighting new features and improvements.
Conduct online training sessions or webinars to help clients understand software capabilities.
Collect and document customer feedback to identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
Stay updated with the latest developments in company software and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
Experience supporting software applications, preferably in HRM or enterprise software.
