Job Description

**Telecaller – Medicare & Healthcare (US Shift)**

We are hiring Telecallers for our US Healthcare (Medicare) process. The role involves making outbound calls to US customers, explaining Medicare plans, generating leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

* Call US customers and explain Medicare/healthcare plans
* Generate and qualify leads
* Maintain call records in CRM
* Meet daily targets and follow compliance guidelines

**Requirements:**

* Good English communication skills
* Comfortable with night (US) shift
* Experience in healthcare/BPO preferred
* Basic computer knowledge
