Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote products/services.
Clearly articulate product/service features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and identify suitable solutions.
Maintain a detailed database of calls, leads, and sales, and accurately record all interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve call scripts.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
