Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective drivers from allocated lead databases.
Explain company policies, earning opportunities, incentives, and onboarding requirements.
Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested candidates.
Schedule driver walk-ins and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate status in the CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams to facilitate smooth driver onboarding.
Address candidate queries and provide timely resolutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Follow up with inactive or pending leads to improve conversion rates.
Ensure proper documentation and information collection from prospective drivers.
Share daily performance reports and updates with the reporting manager.
Maintain professional communication standards while representing the company.
Required SkillsStrong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Fluency in Hindi and local language preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Calls made per day.
Driver walk-ins generated.
Lead-to-walk-in conversion rate.
Walk-in-to-onboarding conversion rate.
Daily and monthly hiring target achievement.
Data accuracy and reporting compliance.
