Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to candidates for driver hiring. Explain job details, salary, incentives, working hours, and location. Screen candidates based on driving experience, license, and availability. Collect and verify basic candidate information and documents. Schedule interviews, driving tests, and joining dates. Follow up with interested candidates until they join. Maintain accurate candidate records and daily calling reports. Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams for successful onboarding. Achieve daily/weekly calling and joining targets. Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage. Previous telecalling, recruitment, or field-staff hiring experience preferred. Basic computer/smartphone knowledge. Confident, polite, and convincing communication style. Ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups. Freshers can also apply.
