Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Vedhaar Ayurveda
Location: Building No. B-46, Office No. B-05, Sector-2, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives up to ₹10,000

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Explain Ayurvedic services/products to customers
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
Understand customer needs and guide them accordingly
Fix appointments and maintain customer records in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly targets and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Strong convincing and sales skills
Basic computer knowledge
