Job Description

1. Team Management
· Lead, supervise, and motivate loan sales executives on the floor.
· Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and ensure clarity of goals.
· Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
· Resolve team conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
2. Sales & Performance Management
· Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly loan sales targets.
· Track individual and team KPIs and prepare performance reports.
· Ensure quality lead management and timely follow-ups.
· Support sales staff in closing high-value or complex loan cases.
