Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Health Insurance Sales Executive who can promote and sell health insurance policies to customers. The candidate should understand customer needs, explain insurance plans clearly, and help clients choose the best policy for themselves and their families.
Roles and Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through calls, meetings, and referrals.
Explain different health insurance plans and benefits to customers.
Help customers compare policies and choose suitable plans.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Generate leads from different sources.
Assist customers in completing documentation and application forms.
Follow up with customers for renewals and policy updates.
Maintain records of sales and customer details.
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of health insurance products.
Strong sales and marketing ability.
Confidence in speaking with customers.
Ability to achieve targets.
Good relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
QualificationGraduate in any field (preferred).
12th pass candidates with strong sales experience can also apply.
ExperienceFresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in insurance, banking, finance, or sales will be an advantage.
SalaryFixed salary + attractive incentives + bonuses based on performance.
Working ConditionsFull-time job.
Field sales and office work both may be involved.
Flexible timing depending on sales activities.
