Job Description

Insurance Tele Sales Executive promotes and sells insurance policies (life, health, motor) over the phone. They handle outbound/inbound calls, assess client needs, explain policy features, and close sales while maintaining strict database records. They are key drivers of customer acquisition and policy retention.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Make outbound calls to prospective clients. Generate interest in life, health, or general insurance products.
Consultative Selling: Evaluate customer needs, risk profiles, and financial situations to recommend the most suitable insurance plans.
Policy Explanation: Articulate policy features, benefits, premium costs, and terms clearly to build customer trust.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
Follow-ups & CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in CRM systems.

Core Requirements

Education: Minimum of a 12th pass; a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, BPO, or insurance sales. Freshers are often considered for entry-level roles.
Skills Needed: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Good product knowledge and basic math/Excel proficiency.
Language: Hindi , English
