HT Media is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting company products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
* Explain products and services effectively.
* Generate and qualify leads.
* Follow up with interested customers.
* Maintain customer data and update CRM records.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Handle customer queries professionally.
* Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
