Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives
Job SummaryBellway Realtech is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business goals for our real estate projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
Explain project details, offers, and investment opportunities to clients.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Update lead status and customer information in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
