Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Loan Processing

Call and engage MSME customers — explain the loan process from lead generation to disbursal clearly and promptly
Manage end-to-end loan origination for applications received through channel partners — from sourcing to disbursal
Understand customer requirements, gather relevant financial information, and process loan applications accurately
Conduct loan appraisal on various credit parameters and ensure quality of business at every stage
Be the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the loan processing journey — be responsive and proactive

2. Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate regularly with Credit Risk, Quality Check, and Operations teams across the loan application journey
Work with documentation executives to ensure all required documents are collected and acknowledged on time
Work within Indifi’s compliance framework — ensure 100% adherence to process and policy at all times
Meet TAT benchmarks on loan processing — timely completion of daily assigned tasks is non-negotiable

3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) customers
Act as a trusted advisor to clients — guide them through loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements
Ensure customer experience remains paramount at every touchpoint — from first call to disbursal

Candidate Requirements
Mandatory
Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance — Masters in Finance (MBA Finance / M.Com) preferred. Candidates who have not completed graduation will not be considered
Experience: Fresher welcome — 0 years experience considered if candidate has excellent verbal communication skills in English. Prior experience in Banks, NBFCs, or financial services in sales or loan processing is a plus but not mandatory. 
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English — ability to explain financial products clearly over the phone
Role type: This is an inside sales / telesales role — no field visits required. Candidates looking for field sales roles should not apply

Preferred
0 months to 1 year of experience in MSME lending, SME loans, or business loans in a Bank or NBFC
Prior experience managing full customer journey from lead to disbursal in a financial services role
Basic understanding of credit parameters, loan appraisal, and documentation for MSME loans
Comfortable working in a target-driven, incentive-linked environment
