Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build relationships, and close deals in the medical communication & pharma marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and reach out to:
Pharma companies
Healthcare brands
Medical device companies
Use LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold calling for outreach
Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline
2. Sales Conversion (Core Focus)
Conduct discovery calls & need analysis
Present eMediWrite services:
Medical writing
Scientific content
Pharma marketing solutions
Handle objections and negotiations
Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
3. Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients
Ensure repeat business & upselling opportunities
Maintain professional communication and follow-ups
4. Sales Process & CRM Management
Update and track leads in CRM (Zoho or similar)
Maintain daily sales activity reports
Follow structured sales funnel (Lead → Pitch → Close → Retain)
5. Market Intelligence
Track competitor offerings and pricing
Identify new opportunities in pharma & healthcare sector
Share insights for business growth strategies
Key Skills Required
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Ability to sell high-value services (B2B)
Confidence in calls, presentations, and negotiations
Basic understanding of sales funnels & CRM tools
Good at follow-ups and relationship building
