Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a related field.
Number of Vacancies: 3.
Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing.
Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports related to policies, premiums, claims status, and client records.
Track policy expiry dates and follow up with clients for timely renewals.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) in addition to Excel.
