Job Description Summary: Senior HR Recruiter – BFSI Industry

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – BFSI to lead end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid to senior-level roles across banking, NBFCs, insurance, fintech, and financial services organizations. The role demands strong domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions efficiently in a high-volume and high-quality hiring environment. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR to understand workforce needs and develop talent strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role demands deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive employer branding and process improvements in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:·       

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across BFSI functions (e.g., risk, compliance, operations, sales, analytics, underwriting).
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection criteria.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, campus, employee referrals, agencies) to build a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments, ensuring a high-quality experience.
Partner with HRBP and leadership on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, regulations, and data privacy norms.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.

 
Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications:·   
    
Bachelor’s degree (BBA or BCom)
5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the BFSI sector.
Strong understanding of BFSI roles, market trends, and regulatory landscape.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tech tools, and data analytics.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to talent acquisition, capable of adapting to the dynamic needs of the organization.
 
Experience Required

5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the BFSI sector.
