Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job SummaryBellway Realtech is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for farmhouses, villas, plots, and land projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for project sales.
Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.
Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure proper lead management and CRM updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Coordinate with marketing and telecalling teams to maximize lead conversion.
Required QualificationsGraduate/MBA preferred.
3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong team handling and leadership experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.
