Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and business growth.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
Handle client queries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
Follow up with clients regularly to identify additional business opportunities and maintain ongoing engagement.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development objectives.
