Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive project sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
️ 1. Sales & Closures
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects
Conduct site visits and project presentations
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly targets

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
Generate leads via calls, digital platforms, and references
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client data
Perform regular follow-ups to nurture leads
Convert prospects into site visits and bookings

3. Marketing Support
Manage property listings on platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, etc.
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns
Coordinate with internal marketing teams for lead generation

4. Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with clients
Provide end-to-end support from inquiry to closure
Ensure high customer satisfaction and generate referrals

5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales and lead reports
Update CRM regularly with lead status
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, developers)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly sales targets (units/revenue)
Number of leads generated and qualified
Conversion ratio (lead to closure)
Site visits conducted
Client satisfaction and referrals

Candidate Requirements
6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate sales / B2C sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
