Job Description
Ability to communicate with our global customers in both written and spoken English within the corporate environment. ● Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats ● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction ● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication ● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools ● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies ELIGIBILITY – Proficiency in strong verbal and written communication. Need experience in the customer support domain for this role. Graduates and undergraduates can both apply. 6 months’ customer support exp. is mandatory. Interview Process – HR Round Ops Round Versant Round ( C1 Required ) Joining WORK CULTURE – ● 5 days a week with 2 rotational off ● Shift Timings – Rotational Shifts 24*7 ● Both ways cabs provided [within the hiring zone
