1. Role SummaryThe Brand Marketing Manager will own end-to-end brand marketing strategy and execution across IP Supershoppee’s ecosystem — ipshopy.com (marketplace), IPXpress (quick-commerce: grocery, pharma, food), ipshipment.com (courier aggregator), and aslivibe.com/IP Elite (CRM). This role requires building marketing strategy from the ground up, managing a small in-house team, and working closely with Pixel Papad (in-house agency) for creative delivery.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Strategy & Planning
Design annual and quarterly brand marketing strategy for each vertical, aligned with business goals (user acquisition, franchise growth, shipment volume, CRM adoption)
Define brand positioning and messaging architecture for each vertical, ensuring consistency under the parent Ipshopy brand
Conduct competitor and market analysis (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto, Blinkit, Dunzo-style players) to identify differentiation opportunities
Build go-to-market plans for new city launches, franchise rollouts, and vertical expansions
Own the annual marketing budget — allocation across digital, offline, and franchise-support activities

B. Campaign Execution
Plan and run integrated campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/content, and offline/local activations
Support franchise and BDE teams with local marketing collateral for city-level launches
Oversee seasonal/festive campaigns and vertical-specific promotions (e.g., pharma discounts, grocery offers)
Manage brand’s presence across digital platforms (website, social, marketplaces)

C. Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 (designers, content writers, performance marketers, social media executives)
Set weekly/monthly KPIs and conduct performance reviews
Coordinate resource allocation between verticals based on priority
Build SOPs and workflows for campaign requests, approvals, and creative turnaround
Hire and onboard junior marketing team members as the team scales

D. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Pixel Papad for creative production (design, video, copy)
Coordinate with Sales/BDE teams (IPXpress, ipshipment) for franchise and partner-facing marketing needs
Liaise with product teams on positioning for new features/launches
Report campaign performance and ROI directly to the Founder/CEO

E. Reporting & Analytics
Track and report key marketing metrics: CAC, ROAS, franchise lead generation, brand awareness metrics
Present monthly performance dashboards to leadership
Use data to continuously refine strategy and budget allocation
3. Required QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, quick-commerce, or startup environments
Demonstrated experience managing a team of at least 3–5 people
Strong understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, basic SEO) and offline/traditional brand-building
Comfortable working with budgets, ROI analysis, and performance reporting
Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English (Hinglish comfort preferred given Tier 2/3 market focus)
4. Preferred QualificationsExperience in fintech, logistics, hyperlocal delivery, or franchise-based businesses
Prior experience managing marketing across multiple brands/verticals under one parent company
Familiarity with franchise/B2B2C marketing models
Experience working directly with founders/leadership in a fast-scaling startup
