About IPXpressIPXpress is the quick-commerce vertical under Ipshopy, delivering essential goods — medicines, health products, and grocery items — to customers with speed and reliability. The Field Marketing Executive plays a critical role in driving local visibility, vendor partnerships, and customer acquisition for these two high-frequency categories.
Role SummaryThe Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for on-ground marketing, vendor/retailer onboarding, and local brand-building activities to drive order volume for the Medical (pharmacy/healthcare) and Grocery categories on IPXpress. This is a field-intensive role requiring daily travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities1. Vendor & Retailer Acquisition
Identify and onboard local medical stores, pharmacies, and grocery retailers/kirana stores as supply partners for IPXpress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, medical distributors, and grocery shop owners.
Negotiate terms, margins, and stock commitments with onboarded vendors.

2. On-Ground Marketing & Visibility
Execute local marketing activities — pamphlet distribution, in-store branding, banner/poster placement near medical and grocery outlets.
Run society/apartment-level and market-area promotional campaigns to build customer awareness.
Organize small-scale activation events (health camps, grocery discount days) in coordination with the marketing team.

3. Customer Acquisition & Retention
Drive first-time app downloads and orders through direct field engagement (leafleting, QR scan campaigns, referral pushes).
Collect customer feedback on delivery experience, product availability, and pricing to relay to the central team.
Support retention campaigns for existing customers in the assigned zone.

4. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activity (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, local pharmacy apps) in medical and grocery categories within the territory.
Report on pricing trends, stock-out issues, and customer complaints specific to these categories.
Identify new micro-markets/pincodes for expansion.

5. Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with the warehouse/dark-store team to ensure vendor stock availability matches demand.
Submit daily/weekly field activity reports (visits done, vendors onboarded, campaigns executed, leads generated).
Coordinate with the digital marketing team (Pixel Papad) for aligned offline-online campaign execution.

Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication skills in Hindi/Marathi/English (local language fluency essential for vendor negotiation).
Comfortable with daily field travel; own two-wheeler preferred.
Basic understanding of pharmacy/grocery retail operations is a plus.
Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to use smartphone apps for reporting, order tracking, and lead capture.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration).
0–2 years of experience in field sales/marketing; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Prior experience in FMCG, pharma, grocery retail, or quick-commerce field roles is an added advantage.
