Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive – Pre-Sales
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective property buyers.
Generate and qualify leads through portals, campaigns, and databases.
Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and investment opportunities.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects.
Update lead status in CRM and maintain accurate records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent pre-sales support.
Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales and CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Proficiency in Hindi and English.Â
