Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for generating new business leads, building client relationships, and closing deals to fuel agency growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.● Pitch relevant digital marketing services tailored to client needs.● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.● Build and implement effective customer acquisition strategies.● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables to close profitable deals.● Work closely with internal teams for proposal creation and client onboarding.● Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Required Skills:
● 2–3 years of business development experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
● Proven ability in lead generation, cold calling, and client conversion.
● Strong understanding of digital services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Branding, etc.).
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
