SALES COORDINATOR
B2B Sales Executive
Location: NSP Delhi (Pitampura)
Experience: 4-5 years
Department: Corporate / B2B Sales
Budget: 30K to 35K
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented B2B Sales Executive to support our corporate sales operations. The role involves handling client coordination, sales processes, and backend support to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage billing processes and ensure timely invoice generation.
Coordinate with warehouses for dispatches, stock availability, and delivery updates.
Handle telephonic communication with clients for follow-ups and relationship building.
Schedule and fix client meetings for the sales team.
Prepare and send quotations to clients as per requirements.
Maintain and update sales funnel.
Share presentations (PPTs) and product details with prospective clients.
Assist in client meetings and support senior sales team members.
Track orders, follow up on pending inquiries, and ensure timely closures.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA
Prior internship or experience in B2B sales/support is a plus
